The solar installation industry is one of the fastest growing industries, creating a stable career path. At HPCSI we are working to connect Hunting Park residents with existing solar installation vocational training programs. Together with partners, we have built a new hyper-local solar installation training class program at Vocatio Career Prep HS in Hunting Park. Our course is 10 weeks long, meets Tues and Thurs evenings 6-8pm, and our learning environment prioritizes hands on training.  Graduates will be job site ready and are offered two additional weeks for OSHA 10 training and certification.  We completed our second course in April 2023 and our next class will begin Nov 14, 2023.  We are currently accepting applications – apply here: bit.ly/hpsolartrainingclass1
